Local Resources

As Boise’s premier inclusive play space, The Sensory Playce is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and providing support for children of all abilities. We take pride in helping families connect with helpful resources both locally and nationally. As part of our commitment to the community, owner Jen Johnson actively volunteers with local disability organizations and participates in ongoing trainings to stay informed on the best ways to support our families.

Below you’ll find a list of local and national resources that may be helpful to your family. Jen is always happy to meet one-on-one with families to offer guidance and share information about Medicaid, developmental disability services, school-based supports (IEPs and 504 plans), as well as therapy and medical providers. Please feel free to reach out or ask questions during your visit - we’re here to help!
