Welcome to The Sensory Playce. By accessing our website, booking services, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Use of Services
- Our facilities are designed for children ages 6 months – 18, we ask that adults not sit or play on any of the equipment.
- All children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or care giver at all times.
- All those entering the building including adults must remove shoes, socks are encouraged but not required.
- No food or drink except for water is allowed inside the play area. For special events food may be consumed in the party room. Bottled water is available for purchase.
Memberships and passes
- Memberships are nontransferable, cannot be prorated or refunded and are subject to the terms and conditions of the membership agreement.
- Passes are valid for the time period purchased, no refunds or prorating of unused time.
- We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with notice.
Birthday Parties & Events
- Birthdays must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted only in the birthday party room.
- Birthday party host agrees to the terms and conditions found on the birthday party information sheet found on our website.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through thirdparty providers.
- No cash refunds are available for Birthday party reservations. Balance left after cancellation fee is applied to the customer account and can be used for future purchases.
- No refunds are available on Family Direct Sessions, daily entry, or unused membership and pass packages.
Safety & Conduct
- Families are expected to follow posted rules and staff instructions.
- We reserve the right to remove guests who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
- The Sensory Playce is not responsible for injuries resulting from play and participation in events at The Sensory Playce.
- I acknowledge I have read and agreed to the Release, Waiver, and Indemnity and Media Release found on The Sensory Playce Website.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of The Sensory Playce
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- The Sensory Playce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of our facilities or website.
- Parents, guardians, and caregivers assume responsibility for supervising children during visits.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
